Job Description:
  • We are looking for reliable HR and Admin Officer who will be responsible for following activities.
  • Must have good communication skills and fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Petty Cash management.
  • Office management. Undertaking administrative & operational tasks
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk, Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
  • Proper & Timely coordination with all concerned departments.
  • HR experience to handle staff queries.
  • Prepare, Organize and maintain employee records and processing of Payroll
  •  Recruitment & Selection
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
