Job Description:

1. Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

2. Check source documents for accuracy

3. Responsible to maintain a record of raw material, packing material, and finish goods also in and out recording.

4. Responsible to manage inward gate pass and outward gate pass.

6. To maintain a GRNs recording according to purchase order/ production order.

7. Recording of issue items raw material, packing material, etc.

9. To maintain all purchase requests records related to the warehouse.

10. Stock maintaining and also recording.

13. Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files and forms.
