Content:

  • At the end of the program, the best talents will have a full-time job opportunity at Döhler. The talents who start to work within the program will complete their 2-months project processes.
  • Then, our most successful colleagues will have the opportunity to work online with the teams at Döhler Turkey and to attend the IFU Summer School to be held in June 2022 in Italy.

When you join us, your job description and gains will be:

  • Responsible for providing customer solutions to meet customer needs in order to design solutions that enhance customers' business operations, generating profitable sales, increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Responsible for pricing, negotiation and finalization of sales orders.
  • Accurately entering client data & orders into Döhlers systems in cooperation with Customer Service.
  • Preparing quotations quickly in collaboration with Pricing and on the basis of agreed minimum order quantities, standardized prices, extra packaging charges, payment and delivery conditions etc.
  • Continually increase communication and relationship building skills as well of knowledge of products and markets.
