| Job Description: |
- Monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
- Responsible to meet all KPIs of pharma orders.
- Conducting health and wellness screenings according to prescriptions.
- Keeping accurate customer records.
- Ensuring product availabilities & keeping a check on stocks.
- Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
Experience: 2 years+ Retail / Ecommerce industry
