| Job Description: |
- Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitors Sales Plan for the assigned region to ensure Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly targets achievement, business growth, profitability, elimination of wastage and Optimum utilization of resources in line with the defined KPIs.
- Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Keeps close liaison with the dealers and key customers for Issue resolution and other coordination.
- Builds relationship with dealers and key customers and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keeps close liaison with Supply Chain counterpart to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Administer all export of goods to meet export targets
- Get customer feedback and address customer complaints.
- Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedules.
- Analyze the territory/ Market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Any other task assigned by the company time to time.
