Qualification: Must be (BBA/MBA) Marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Have strong communication skills.
• Having experience selling products online to customers via call and social medial interaction.
• Responds  to all calls/ emails/ websites and ensure to follow up.
• Ability to multi-task, taking calls and efficient to take orders of the persons.
• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manners.
• Cold call people using a phone given directly to sell products.
• Deal with complaints or doubts of customers.
