Job Description:

We actively seek competent Sales/Business Development Manager having sufficient prior experience of commercial, institutional or upscale residential technology sales. Candidate shall be responsible for expanding our Smart Homes, Smart Buildings Professional Audio Visual integration business on a nationwide basis.

Ideal candidate shall posses a penchant for implementing bespoke audio visual control systems for technology rich buildings

Candidate shall be:

  • Responsible for brand promotion and relationship building with Property Owners, Architects, Consultants, Builders Contractors.
  • Responsible for Implementing all sales marketing strategies. Get products approved, specified and help create RFPs
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales marketing goals and financial objectives
  • Resourceful and demonstrate proven capability of institutionalized AV, IT sales
  • Well connected with the leading AV/IT Managers, key stakeholders and should posses excellent social and public relation skills;
  • Responsible for establishing marketing strategy, field activity goals and objectives, develop sales plans per segment and execute the sales plan
  • Able to understand customer requirements and present complete technical solutions proposals
  • Able to consult with customers on pricing and product advantages for specific applications
  • Able to review and put proposals together; integrating disparate components into a unified, coherent whole
  • Plan Implement promotion via web, direct mail, social media: facebook and twitter for product visibility
  • Update sales engineering team on new product launches and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate with sales engineering to manage projects to deliver the end solution maintain client satisfaction.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication presentation skills
  • Must be detailed and deadline-oriented; should carry work initiative, sound judgment, and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and to respond effectively to multiple tasks and demands.
  • Sales closure, Territory Growth capability
  • Nationwide Branch / Network Development
  • Experience with Audio Video Lighting Controls Systems for Hotels, Banks, Government, Healthcare, Universities and Upscale Residences a plus
  • Self motivated ability to take initiatives to achieve goals
