Tasks
- The IT manager is responsible for maintaining the automated systems in Brighterlite including the CRM system. This entails making sure the records of the IT system is up to date, that customers receive messages in a correct and timely manner, and that mobile payments are picked up and returned accordingly.
- The IT manager is responsible for solving IT issues in Brighterlite, and must be able to work closely with the call centre.
- The IT manager is also responsible for maintaining the contracts with the suppliers of external systems such as SMS services and mobile payment services, and to make sure new systems are integrated with the existing system.
- The job holder must have technical knowledge about running IT systems and a good command of what systems are used in the region, and should be able to communicate technical system requirements to the management. The applicant should be well versed in managing user accounts, email systems, SHS systems and CRM systems, and should be able to work with databases.
Qualification
- Technical degree at Bachelor or Technical College level plus >5 years work experience
Skills Required
- Several years relevant experience in the field of IT
- Good and modern management skills based on teamwork and coaching.
- Good understanding of market needs - customer and associated service.
- Target oriented and continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
- Realized that what you don’t measure can’t be improved.
- An ability to work systematically and independently.
- Good knowledge of the English language – both oral and written.
