Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with Development Managers to determine business requirements and project objectives.
- Assist in determining time and cost estimates for assigned projects.
- Develop new applications or make enhancements according to project needs.
- Plan, coordinate and execute project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure project deliverables to meet business requirements.
- Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing and integration testing.
- Perform code reviews.
- Resolve application development issues.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve productivity.
- Adhere to software policies and regulatory standards.
You will need:
- Minimum 3 years of .NET and/or PHP and SQL development experience including design and implementation.
- Microsoft .NET Technologies including ASP.NET, C# and development in Microsoft Visual Studio.
- PHP developer with proven experience on at least one of these frameworks Codeigniter, CakePHP or Yii frameworks.
- Experience in web languages DHTML, CSS, ASP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Web Services and use of XML.
- Experience in MS SQL or MySQL, including development and design using SQL and Transact-SQL
- Experience with Wordpress, development and use of webservices and third party controls (DevExpress, Telerik) is a big plus
- Experience with version control tools and concepts (e.g. SVN, Team Foundation Server)
- Experience in the integration of off-the-shelf web applications, and integration with third parties to interface with the system..
