Job Description: Responsible for:
- This Software Development Manager will ensure all development and programming projects are prioritized and completed in the most timely and efficient manner in consultation with the Overseas Development Manager.
- They will be responsible for leading, coaching, training and motivating the Development Teams based in Lahore by holding Team and one to one meetings, outlining the programme, setting and monitoring standards, leading the selection process.
- Will plan and allocate work/projects across the teams in Lahore, ensuring that Team Leaders are monitoring performance, progress and quality against expected outcomes and processes, timetables and budgets and documentation is completed where appropriate.
- Work closely with web design team and web application development team to design, prototype and implement features to sales and CRM system
- Work closely with analysis, design and marketing teams to drive projects
- Take technical ownership of medium to large scale projects
- Proactively explore ways to improve our customer experience, reliability and performance
Also ensure that development and production platforms are maintained and enhanced. Requirements: This position requires substantial experience in a leadership role in an IT Development environment with experience of writing technical specifications.
- Must have expert knowledge of SQL, ASP, ASP.NET, C#.
- Must have expert in OOP JavaScript, using JSON and REST APIs
- Must have expert knowledge of performance issues.
- Must also be able to work within an interdisciplinary team.
- Must have excellent communication especially verbal & negotiation skills.
- Must be detail conscious, meticulous and accurate and have proven leadership skills.
- Must have solid background in leading IT Development Projects.
