Job Description:

Client Care & Support Executive:

  • Our Support & Success team is the first point of contact for our Customers from United States with service or technical issues.
  • We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our US based customers and are enthusiastic about problem solving with a positive attitude.
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate in English language and engage clients with their outgoing, but strong personality while using their polite verbal communication skills.
  • It is also important that this person has strong grip on English language, Grammar and US or atleast no-accent.
  • You are a results-oriented individual responsible for providing excellent customer support over live chat, email, phone calls and Helpdesk.
  • We receive hundreds of queries over Live Chat, Email and Phone call. Some are of general nature and some are related to the technical aspect of our software. You should be able to handle both.
  • Develop and improve proactive support Journeys for common problems experienced by customers
  • Speak to users about technical issues in a way they can easily understand
  • The Company currently has several hundred thousand users using our software in over 86 countries.

Required Skills:
REQUIRED SKILLS

At least 4 years of customer support experience
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Demonstrated ability for managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A strong sense of empathy for the customer, high attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot systematically
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient with Zendesk, JIRA, Zopim and Intercom
Detail oriented and process focused
