| Job Description: |
Responsibilities include:
- Strong business communication skills with technical know-how are a must.
- Excellent customer relations skills balanced with a persistent attitude and strong follow-up to achieve objectives.
- Excellent organization and time management skills are necessary. This position requires the ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through understanding their requirement and prompt response and follow-ups.
- Expected to perform account management and provide technical solutions to ensure end user satisfaction.
- Technically convince and persuading clients that offered solution best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions to successfully win opportunities.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and post sales follow-up
- Preparing and submit regular sales reports and accurate sales forecasts.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
- Coordinate with team members/supervisors to prepare of necessary documents including layout plan, design and identification of components and quantities required (BOQ).
