You'll learn to manage and access remote servers located in state of the art data centers in US from Lahore office. Qualification:

B-Sc Computer Science, B-CS, B.S I.T, Software Engineer, DIT Or similar education of information technology.

To qualify you must possess the following:-

· Experience of installation and management of Windows 2003 and 2008 servers.

· Excellent English verbal and writing skills

· Typing speed of at least 40 w.p.m

· Must be available to work in rotating shifts for the post of “Junior Technical Support” (Lahore resident is preferred)

Selected candidate will be liable to assist the following:-

· 1-Web hosting sales and support related queries.

· 2-Basic remote management of web hosting servers located in USA.

· 3-Dealing with local and International customers from 170 countries especially from USA, Canada, Australia and Europe via live chat, email and phone support.

· 4-Hosting accounts management, hosting servers backup, Hosting servers troubleshooting.

5- Candidates having knowledge of networking management, Windows servers, Linux servers and web hosting management will be preferred.
