1. Develop Strategic & Operational Supply Chain Plans by Forecasting the current and future needs.
2. Analyzing previous and current market trends, budgeting resources appropriately, developing procurement teams and Vendors.
3. Implements Supply Chain Strategies into action by ensuring smooth supplies of Raw and finish materials spares and services to FCL through local, national & international supplier and vendors.
4. Manages Logistic Operations (Inbound & Outbound) by providing effective and efficient transportation solutions. |
