Job Description:
  • Generate and implement social media strategies and marketing campaigns supporting the business prospects and increasing traffic across social media platforms.
  • Campaign management on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snap chat and Google+ on a daily bases.
  • Strong research, innovation, unique campaign ideas and execution.
  • Monitor the social media platforms; keep up to date with any social media trend.
  • Familiar with social media trends and benefits it offers to a company’s online reputation. 
  • Able to generate maximum traffic to social media posts and website using various social media optimization techniques.
  • Familiar with measurement and analytics tools used for evaluating social media optimization results.
  • Highly communicative with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Background in campaign strategy and targeted digital communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills — ability to set priorities, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
  • Manages social media communications.

·    Answering complex questions on function and usage of products.

  • Investigating, managing, tracking and closing client support issues, related to product.
  • Conveying customer feedback to product development staff
  • Performing the role of primary support liaison between company and customer.
  • Resolves client’s questions or problems and product functionality.
  • Handle FAQs related to products.
  • Address client problems through effective listening skills, positive action, information gathering and proposing solution.
  • Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service oriented company image among users.
