We are seeking an Experienced Accountant with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and practices, with a strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software, including QuickBooks and other related systems.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately represented.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
