Job Description:

  • Develop a systematic monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance framework for reporting progress on BCC project activities and outcomes.

  • Develop a monitoring and evaluation system including program wise process, output, outcome and impact level indicators for BCC progress monitoring. Also, prepare annual monitoring and evaluation plan consistent with M&E Framework.

  • Supervise the monitoring, implementation & achievement of project as per M&E framework using the targets, indicators, assumptions, and risks.

  • Develop and implement standards, guidelines, procedures and methodology for creating a database environment for data planning, identification of data sources, collection of data, and data processing, analysis, and reporting.

  • Develop appropriate instruments to measure and analyse the effectiveness and efficacy of various BCC project interventions with reference to their objectives, deliverable/outcome, cost, quality, timelines etc.

  • Review the quality of existing data in the project subject areas, the methods of collecting it, and the degree to which it will provide good baseline statistics for design and implementation of BCC strategy and campaigns.

  • Conduct targeted evaluations and operations research on the implementation of BCC campaign and training and capacity building programs.

  • Promote and support the dissemination of project information among the project team and other key stakeholders including PRMSC, the World Bank, LG&CD Department, Metropolitan/Municipal Corporations, Village Councils/Organizations etc.

  •  Prepare monthly/quarterly report to update PRMSC and other stakeholders on compliance monitoring, social and environmental safeguards monitoring, gender dimensions monitoring with the help of concerned sector specialist.
