| Job Description: |
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Pro in excel formulation, basic & advanced.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to , students as needed
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with Excel sheets/ spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Back in 1994 NCBA&E was founded as a private institute.
