Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition team. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring the hiring of top talent to support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to achieve hiring targets.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring plans.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in HR management or recruitment
  • Experience in [Industry, technology, healthcare, finance.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
