In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will help maintain strong, long-term relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery

• Gather client feedback and provide insights for service improvements

• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
