| Job Description: |
Develop sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers Oversee routine inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products Manage document management systems Monitor and maintain temperature controls during food handling and storage to prevent bacterial growth and ensure product integrity Inspect packaging materials and labeling to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications Conduct regular sanitation inspections of facilities, equipment, and utensils to identify and address potential food safety hazards - Deliver food safety, ISO, Halal, and HACCP training for bakery and retail staff to raise awareness and promote best practices
