Job Description: |
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. You will represent the company's products and services to potential customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
