| Job Description: |
Looking for an individual having B.A, BSc (Hons.) Communcation Design with 4 to 6 years of hand-on experience of designing and visual arts in a medium or large scale printing & packaging industry.
This position plans, develops and finalizes potential packaging designs according to customer’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing visually captivating designs, layouts, and graphics for various printed materials.
- Ensuring that designs are print-ready by setting up files with the correct color modes, resolutions, and bleed settings to meet printing specifications.
- Selecting appropriate fonts, sizes, and styles to create appealing and readable text elements within the designs.
- Managing color accuracy and consistency in designs, particularly important for maintaining branding and visual identity.
- Working closely with clients/ sales teams, and colleagues to understand project requirements, make revisions based on feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conducting thorough quality checks on printed materials to ensure that the final output meets the desired standards and specifications.
- Infusing creativity and innovation into designs to make them stand out and engage the target audience effectively.
- Understanding various printing techniques, paper types, and finishing options to optimize design for the printing process.
- Meeting project deadlines and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
