We're growing rapidly and seeking a passionate sales professional to expand our market reach.
Who We Target:
Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance, Call Centers, FMCGs, MNCs, and any industry with workflows that can be automated using iRPA and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and research potential clients within target industries. Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Value Proposition: Articulate the benefits of iRPA and AI-driven solutions to key decision-makers.
- Lead Qualification: Thoroughly qualify leads to understand their needs, pain points, and potential for automation.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new iRPA/AI technologies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified appointments.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of proven experience in cold calling and lead generation for software or technology solutions sales.
- Sales Drive: A genuine eagerness to sell and a true love for sales – we seek individuals passionate about building relationships and closing deals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Persuasive: Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, resilient, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. Knowledge of iRPA/RPA concepts is desirable but not mandatory (training provided).
