We are hiring an Accountant cum Travel Consultant to manage daily financial operations, travel bookings, and general office administration for our Dubai-based company.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting software, basic travel sales, and office support tasks. This is a multi-functional role best suited for someone reliable, organized, and willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily financial entries: sales, purchases, payments, and receipts Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and invoicing Prepare monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Assist with daily administrative duties and internal coordination Manage client travel inquiries, bookings (flights, hotels), and itinerary planning Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and visa agents Respond to clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally Prepare quotations and invoices for travel-related services |
