Job Description: |
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support the Telco B2B account. This role involves assisting in the day-to-day management of a key telecom client, coordinating engagements, and supporting commercial growth activities. You will work closely with senior account leads, technical teams, and Client stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison if required between internal teams (e.g., Delivery, Product, Support) and Client to track project deliverables, resolve issues, and align on priorities. Coordinate high level .
- Prepare and maintain client reports, billing updates, SLAs, and project documentation.
- Support the preparation of proposals, change requests, and pricing documents for Client's B2B services (BSS, cloud, ICT solutions).
- Help monitor contract obligations, renewal cycles, and compliance with service-level agreements.
- Maintain and update the account pipeline and opportunity tracking within internal CRM systems.
- Join regular status meetings, steering committees, and workshops with Jazz stakeholders.
- Escalate risks or service gaps to senior leadership in a timely and constructive manner.
- Stay updated on Client's business goals and industry changes to contribute to strategic discussions.
