Job Description:
  • Attend programme orientation and training.
  • Design and deliver a three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) for Downstream Partners (DSPs) using government-developed modules with additional project related targets
  • Train downstream partners on SMC/PTC strengthening in alignment with provincial frameworks.
  • Conduct mentoring visits in 15 districts to support quality implementation.
  • Evaluate training impact using assessments and feedback tools.
  • Promote inclusive, safe, and gender-responsive school environments.
  • Ensure timely documentation and reporting aligned with ILMpact standards.
  • Contribute to quarterly reports and participate in project meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and copyright laws.
