Job Description: |
- Attend programme orientation and training.
- Design and deliver a three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) for Downstream Partners (DSPs) using government-developed modules with additional project related targets
- Train downstream partners on SMC/PTC strengthening in alignment with provincial frameworks.
- Conduct mentoring visits in 15 districts to support quality implementation.
- Evaluate training impact using assessments and feedback tools.
- Promote inclusive, safe, and gender-responsive school environments.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting aligned with ILMpact standards.
- Contribute to quarterly reports and participate in project meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and copyright laws.
