Location: Onsite – LahoreTimings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)Industry: US Medical Billing / Healthcare
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging materials for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Work independently to produce high-quality creative content that communicates complex healthcare topics effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure all designs align with company goals and branding guidelines.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance our visual identity and support brand storytelling.
- Develop infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics for better audience engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in visual design and messaging across all channels.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative direction of the brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in the healthcare or US-based B2B industry is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and independent design execution.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
- Ability to develop creative concepts and compelling visual content with minimal supervision.
- Should have the ability to work with minimum instructions/supervision.
- Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
