- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities of buses and heavy vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using modern diagnostic tools.
- Plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards in all maintenance work.
- Manage workshop staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and inventory usage.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely parts availability and vehicle readiness.
- Provide technical support and training to workshop technicians when required.
