We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand’s visual identity and deliver design services to our diverse client base. You will work on projects for both Jinnah’s internal needs and external clients, creating compelling designs for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, digital platforms, and client presentations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual identities, and style systems for Jinnah and its clients.

• Design engaging visuals for websites, blogs, and landing pages across multiple industries.

• Create creative assets for paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) tailored to client objectives.

• Develop social media graphics and storytelling visuals for diverse professional audiences.

• Design presentation decks, infographics, and reports for client proposals, advisory projects, and marketing campaigns.

• Create branded email marketing templates and campaign visuals for both in-house and client use.

• Design visuals for webinars, events, and thought-leadership content for both Jinnah and client brands.

• Produce branded collateral such as company profiles, brochures, HR manuals, and corporate reports.

• Optimize digital assets for web performance, SEO, and cross-platform compatibility.

• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal/external stakeholders.

• Stay updated with design trends relevant to both corporate and SME clients in professional services.

• Support in developing branded materials for training sessions, workshops, and industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. And 3+ years of professional design experience.

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Proficient in Figma for wireframing/prototyping.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design will be a plus.

• Strong ability to translate business concepts into clear and impactful visuals.

• Excellent time management, multitasking, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Awareness of latest Ai design trends & digital marketing strategies.
