PIFFERS Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, disciplined and experienced professional (Colonel Retired) to serve as General Manager for its Alarm Monitoring System Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the operations of the monitoring center, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, technical teams and management to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the Alarm Monitoring & Response Team on a daily basis.
* Respond to official correspondence and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and partners.
* Conduct internal and client meetings to review system performance, incidents and operational efficiency.
* Oversee shift schedules, system alerts, response protocols and reporting procedures.
* Collaborate with technical staff to ensure all monitoring equipment and systems remain fully functional and up to date.
* Ensure SOP compliance, discipline and effective coordination among all operational units.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Retired Colonel from Armed Forces with proven leadership and administrative skills.
* Strong command over communication, crisis management and team coordination.
* Proficient in MS Office, email correspondence and report writing.
* Experience in security operations, alarm monitoring or surveillance systems will be an added advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of professionalism.
