Job Description:

Key responsibilities

  • Consultation and guidance: Advise prospective students on program options, career goals, and the visa application process.
  • Application assessment: Review and assess student applications based on eligibility criteria, ensuring they meet both institutional and visa requirements.
  • Document management: Guide students in preparing and submitting all required documents, such as academic transcripts, financial statements, and identification. Verify and organize this documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Visa and admissions processing: Manage and process student registration, payments, and ensure accurate and timely submission of visa applications to relevant authorities.
  • Communication: Keep applicants informed about their application status, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns professionally.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with partner universities and colleges to stay updated on courses, requirements, and scholarships.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on the latest immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate advice. 

  Required skills and qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor\'s degree is typically required.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, often including a second language.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client and partner interactions.
  • Organizational skills: Superb organization, time management, and coordination skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Customer service: A proactive and customer-oriented mindset to provide excellent support throughout the process.
  • Experience: Experience in a customer-oriented environment is often a mandatory requirement. Previous admissions or visa consulting experience is beneficial.
