| Job Description: |
- Routine operation tasks
- Monitor on time performance for all routes through dispatch function in E-Courier
- Proactively communicate with drivers not performing to customer requirements
- Alert Supervisor of all issues / concerns for routes not performing up to standards immediately
- Maintain daily detailed shift report .
- Proactively follows up on and resolves any internal and customer issues or escalates appropriately
