| Job Description: |
One of our valued clients is hiring Business Automation Team Leads. The candidate will lead end-to-end automation projects, analyse business workflows, and implement digital solutions that improve efficiency across departments. The role also involves overseeing access control systems, time & attendance solutions, and integrating these with organizational processes. Strong project coordination, technical understanding of automation tools, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential.
Responsibility / Task(s)
- Lead the BA business growth strategy and revenue generation
- Develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring yearly target achievement.
- Engage with principals/vendors to enhance product offerings and manage partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in BA solutions.
- Develop& support sales, pricing, BOQs, and commercial proposals in response to RFQs. Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all BA business-related customer engagements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Work closely with key customers in education, commercial buildings, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
- Lead pre-sales and sales efforts, ensuring seamless solution delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities including product presentations, demos, and proof of concept (PoC).
- Collaborate with technical teams to bundle software and hardware solutions for higher deal value.
- Work with the IT and solutions team to ensure seamless integration of BA solutions.
- Collaborate with project team to Oversee project implementation and ensure timely execution. Align BA business operations with supply chain, finance, and technical teams for seamless workflow. Develop reports on sales performance, financials, and market trends.
- Strong sales and business development acumen in Business Automation (Access Control System HRMS, Visitor Management, Attendance Management System etc.). Expertise in RFQ responses, BOQ creation, and proposal management.
- Excellent customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and revenue forecasts. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning business strategies.
- Any other duty (ies) assigned by the management.
Academic
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
Experience
- 5 - 7 years
- Proven experience in Business Automation Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solution Selling.
- Prior experience in enterprise software, automation solutions, or IT sales is preferred
