| Job Description: |
We need a Sales and Marketing Executive for our project Safiya HomesSell residential plots and homes through on-site and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct field activities for branding, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Execute marketing campaigns via social media and telemarketing.
- Meet potential buyers, conduct site visits, and close deals.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collect and manage sales data, documentation, and mortgage/loan files.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and customer paperwork.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Stay informed about market trends through regular research and surveys.
Qualifications:
- Business, Marketing or related field
- Real Estate experience up to 1 Year
- Strong communication, negotiation skills
