Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enjoys helping travelers, and can handle queries with professionalism and empathy.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats in a timely and professional manner.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their travel needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Negotiate and arrange flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services with customer-friendly terms.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.

  • Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining a positive attitude.


Requirements



  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Prior experience in a customer service or travel consultancy role is a strong plus.

  • Strong phone etiquette, verbal communication, and active listening skills.

  • Minimum education: Intermediate / A-Level (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Ability to work in flexible shifts and under pressure.

  • A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.

  • Long-term commitment and reliability.
