| Job Description: |
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the company’s overall financial operations with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Prepare and review invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial data entry.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors when required.
- Support the finance department in daily administrative and accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
